I press onward in the name of progress – I have countered my whopping .2 pound gain from last week and am now down an additional .2 pounds. So… put that in your back pocket! I’m the man! Yesssss!
/cry
I was hoping it would take me less than 10 weeks to lose 1 pound… unfortunately that seems to be the track I’m on. Let me ask you – would you buy a book from an author that “claims” to have a diet guaranteed to help you take off “1 pound in less than 2 months!”?? I think not. =(
oh well… progress is progress. Look out Gwen – I’m coming for ya’!

YES! I managed to gain .2 pounds this past week. I am so going to rock this contest! I’m so glad that my diet and exercise are paying off.

It’s been a while… since I’ve been to the gym. Probably 6 months ago, Gwen and I were at the gym and we were going to each try to lose 15 pound. Well, it’s 6 months later and… needless to say, without actually going to the gym we didn’t get very far. In fact I now weigh 5 pounds more than I did 6 months ago! Sweet.
So… the race is on. Gwen and I are racing to see who can lose a measly 5 pounds the fastest (and keep it off). We figure that 5 pounds seems a little more attainable and will give us a (theoretically) quick goal to attain to boost some confidence.
So here’s to eating healthily and getting lots of good exercise. (I’m still trying to decide if Guitar Hero 3 counts)

Have you ever had one of those days where you can find something wrong with even the most wonderful things?
“Why is this worship song saying so much about us? Isn’t this supposed to be about God?”
“Why do we have so many family events to go to?”
“Why have I spent so much time playing video games this weekend?”
“All of this free time is boring!”
“What the heck! Guitar Hero 3 on hard mode is hard! ”
“My floor is too messy”
“My computer is too loud”
“The dishes are dirty”
“I’m tired”
“Today is Sunday…”
